Kristopher Morin
Kristopher “Kris” Morin brings more than twelve years of real estate investing experience, has been sought after as a mentor and coach for high profile business professionals, and is one of the founding members of Three Peaks Capital LLC. Kris’s primary responsibilities include investment strategy, business development through strategic alliances, and educating and attracting new equity and debt investors.
Prior to Three Peaks, Kris spent more than a decade working through progressive leadership roles at some the of the top Advisory Consulting firms in the world, including Accenture. Kris was accountable for helping members of the Fortune 500 to perform competitive assessments and define strategies that would enable them to take advantage of their competitive strengths, exploit industry weaknesses, and achieve operational efficiencies while scaling globally.
In his final role as a corporate executive, Kris served as Director of Business Strategy for the #1 Small Commercial Lines Insurance Carrier in the US – a current member of the Fortune 200. He was accountable for analyzing the economic and competitive landscape, study consumer behaviors and emerging trends, and help define strategies that enabled the company to defend market share in a highly fragmented and competitive market while also growing the top line double digits for the first time in its history achieving $1B In growth two years ahead of schedule.
Kris knew early on that investing in a 401k and saving diligently was both ineffective and high risk given the cyclical and dangerous nature of the stock market. That’s when he decided to begin investing in real estate. After more than twelve years of success – and lessons learned – Kris has built a multimillion dollar portfolio of real estate, invested heavily in surrounding himself with top industry experts, formed partnerships with the biggest names in the industry, and launched his own boutique private equity firm with a world class team of experts and outstanding track record.
Today, Kris is on a mission to help other executives and high income professionals accelerate their wealth accumulation, move away from the dangers of being “all-in” on the stock market, and achieve the retirement they dream of.

Nicholas Potter
Nicholas “Nick” Potter is a co-founding member at Three Peaks Capital. Nick’s leads the acquisition team accountable for underwriting, broker, lender, and other third-party relations.
Over the past two years since Kris and Nick joined forces to form Three Peaks Capital, Nick has quickly become a well-known and highly regarded underwriting and acquisitions expert in the industry. He has built proprietary assessment models that have not only become a benchmark among our competitors but give Three Peaks the competitive edge when it comes to understanding the risks behind every deal and enables us to define the appropriate acquisition and exit strategy so we can project investor outcomes with precision and confidence.
Our investors know that ‘what they see is what they get’ – when we give a projection, they rest assured knowing an investment passed multiple stages of economic stress testing giving us the highest degree of confidence that we are buying at the right price and have the right strategy in place to succeed.
In addition to his role at Three Peaks, Nick has nearly a decade of expertise as a practitioner of tax & estate law with ultra-high net worth families and business owners. This work has positioned him well to combine his real estate and legal expertise to inform appropriate legal structures and services that meet the unique needs of this sophisticated clientele. Under Nick’s leadership, Three Peaks is quickly becoming a destination for high-net-worth investors seeking sound real estate investments.
